Job Description

CareSouth Carolina is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and employees in a respectful and confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient & Employee Relationships: Interact with patients and employees in a professional and courteous manner, consistent with the mission and values of CareSouth Carolina.
  • Phone Handling: Answer and route calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients in accordance with CareSouth Carolina procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient information, adhering to all relevant confidentiality standards, including HIPAA and JCAHO accreditation standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Call Center team to provide seamless support to patients and employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
