Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing team at Regions Bank. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our loan servicing products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Determine the best method to resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of customer service experience or related experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.

Work Environment
