Bilingual Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing team at Regions Bank. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our loan servicing products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Resolution: Determine the best method to resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of customer service experience or related experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
