Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our administrative support team within the Sales Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing assistance to the Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Assist the VP of Sales with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed with precision and adhere to quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to optimize workflow.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals and documentation.
  • Manage orders for equipment attachments.
  • Coordinate machine preparation instructions with the Service Department.
  • Develop and submit company bids for equipment sales.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in a sales coordination role within a heavy equipment dealership is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
