- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to meet their expectations.
- Event Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute events, including banquet and catering services, audio-visual equipment, and event space configuration.
- Meet with clients to discuss event details and ensure that all aspects of the event are met.
- Customer Service and Communication
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Revenue Growth and Analysis
- Work with sales managers to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales.
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales managers to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of strategies for each segment.
- Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.
- High school education required, post-high school education preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills relative to impact on hotel revenues.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
- Ability to use reservation and revenue management systems to develop pricing and sales recommendations.
