We're on a mission to empower businesses to achieve Net Zero, and we need a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Your focus will be on building trust with strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll collaborate with our Sales and Product teams to allocate resources and cultivate a customer-centric culture within the organization.

In this role, you'll develop expertise in decarbonization and support our clients in overcoming challenges on their journey to Net Zero. With a passion for sustainability and a drive to make a meaningful impact, you'll be part of a dynamic team committed to transforming the way businesses approach climate change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and value
  • Become a trusted advisor to strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within existing departments and into new ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and risks
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle touchpoints to enhance engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management
  • Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability is highly desirable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • An ownership mentality, delivering impact despite obstacles
  • Deep customer empathy, using first-principles thinking to understand customer needs

Benefits and Compensation:

  • $137,000 - $178,000 OTE range, commensurate with experience
  • 28 days of annual leave + federal holidays
  • Home office set up allowance of $500
  • $2,000 annual learning allowance
