We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Pocus. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and services to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution of their queries. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, drive innovation, and enhance the overall customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that meet their expectations. Your expertise in technical support will enable you to provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless adoption of our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and escalating critical issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other documentation to support customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
