Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. As a representative of Colony Hardware Corporation, you will be expected to embody our company values and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer success plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Base salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
- Commission plan with unlimited earnings potential.
