About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. As a representative of Colony Hardware Corporation, you will be expected to embody our company values and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer success plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
  • Base salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
