About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Partnerships Manager to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential partners, performing outreach, and cross-promoting our services within our partners' audience.

Our top partners include suppliers, web agencies, ecommerce software companies, and ecommerce influencers. If you have a strong background in sales and digital marketing, content strategy/creation, marketing campaign management, and hands-on experience with various marketing tools and platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential partners in key industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage new partners.
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate program to drive partner engagement and performance.
  • Plan, organize, and execute co-webinars with partners to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Represent LatamCent at tradeshows, including exhibiting and attending, to foster relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing materials, such as presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn personal branding and content creation strategy to build relationships and establish thought leadership within the ecommerce industry.
  • Oversee influencer campaign management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing reach and engagement.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, partner sales & marketing, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing campaign management and partner outreach.
  • Light content creation & design skills required for co-marketing material creation and partner collaboration.
  • Experience with managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads or partner prospects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows and partner events.
