Who are we seeking?
In response to ongoing growth within our Water/Wastewater division, our Southeast Region Water team is eager to welcome a driven Client Engagement Manager to spearhead the expansion of GHD's Water services in Florida. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will take charge of pursuing both traditional and innovative delivery projects for public entities responsible for providing safe and reliable water and wastewater services.

Collaborating with a vibrant and high-performing team, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
Acting as Client Engagement Manager for both existing and prospective Key Water clients Leading business development, sales, and marketing initiatives for Water projects, with a focus on clients throughout Florida Overseeing specific pursuits and proposal development in the region Cultivating strong relationships with key clients within the Business Group Directing pricing, scoping, and winning strategies for new projects Serving as Project Director for initiatives related to planning, assessment, design, and engineering during construction services for water and wastewater projects (both process and linear conveyance) Guiding the technical and production efforts of project teams, managing contractual elements of the project, and acting as the primary contact for clients Establishing project delivery strategies and Quality Assurance planning Mentoring team members and evaluating work assignments; providing guidance and training as necessary Actively engaging in professional organizations to promote the GHD brand Advocating for and cross-selling other GHD servicesWhat you will contribute to the Team:
A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida is advantageous At least 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater process or conveyance infrastructure sector Strong skills in business development, proposal preparation, and marketing Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a proven track record of developing, mentoring, and leading technical staff Adaptability and the ability to meet demanding deadlines A proactive individual with sound judgment and decisivenessAs a multicultural organization, we value individual contributions and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
