Senior Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Mid Market Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business sales within assigned segments and collaborating with cross-functional partners to complete client goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B solutions, preferably to HR buyers, and a proven ability to negotiate and close annual contract values ranging between $50K - $300K. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner.
This position offers a competitive cash and equity compensation package, including a salary range of $210,282 to $247,390 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include a monthly wellness stipend, home office stipend, and up to 4 weeks of paid time off per year.
