Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to be part of our Alder Division. This role involves delivering exceptional telephone support in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, managing incoming calls from various sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous assistance to all incoming inquiries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications, customer service practices, call center technology, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to navigate the complexities of calls.
- Exhibit a proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to inform Points of Contact (POCs) about call outcomes and necessary actions.
- Understand and adhere to established process flows.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-native English speakers while paying close attention to details.
- Adaptability to changing work demands, multiple tasks, and priorities, exercising discretion as needed.
- Previous experience in a call center handling a high volume of incoming calls is preferred.
- Basic typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) are required.
