- Work closely with Sales Engineering, R&D, and Documentation teams to ensure seamless integration of our product.
- Communicate technical information to customers, explaining complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and recommend optimization tasks to customers to improve their video communication experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales technical support.
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, Zoom, Bluejeans, and other related partners/competitors in the visual collaboration landscape.
- Good technical understanding of virtualization technologies, e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
- Ability to work in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base.
- Ability to rely on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently with remote support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience troubleshooting a video conferencing platform or similar technology.
- Knowledge of SIP, H.323, WebRTC, and related technologies.
