We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support our Alder Division. This role involves delivering professional telephone support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing incoming calls from various sources.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and effective assistance to all incoming inquiries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications, customer service methodologies, call center technology, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to navigate the complexities of calls.
- Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, providing updates to points of contact regarding call outcomes and necessary actions.
- Understand and follow established process flows.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience working with non-native English speakers, with a keen focus on detail.
- Adaptability to changing work demands, prioritizing tasks efficiently while exercising discretion.
- Previous experience in a call center environment handling a high volume of calls is preferred.
- Basic typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) are required.
