Position Overview:

The role involves overseeing various accounting functions, including the preparation of month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals, alongside managing daily expense reports and corporate credit card transactions. Precision in data entry within the general ledger and adherence to deadlines are crucial for effective reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries to accurately document financial transactions, ensuring appropriate documentation is available
  • Review and reconcile designated balance sheet accounts to maintain accurate reporting and ledger integrity
  • Oversee daily expense reporting processes and address related inquiries
  • Manage daily corporate card transactions and related questions
  • Handle AP-AR OneStream allocations
  • Ensure timely completion of the monthly closing schedule to meet reporting deadlines
  • Adhere to established internal controls
  • Assist in providing necessary documentation for both internal and external audits
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a focus on accuracy and detail
  • Proactive in identifying and suggesting solutions to challenges
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Lead various ad-hoc projects as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables) and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple legal entities
  • Familiarity with SAP FI/AP/AR
  • Knowledge of Concur or similar expense management systems
  • Experience with corporate credit card programs

Travel Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at team events and workshops, with minimal business travel anticipated.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus (salary ranges may vary by location).
