Financial Coordinator and Fleet Supervisor

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us as a Financial Coordinator and Fleet Supervisor.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial operations and fleet management run smoothly. We value individuals who possess strong organizational skills, a knack for time management, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management:
    • Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our growing organization.
    • Oversee the procurement process for new company vehicles, from initial requests to final delivery.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to manage payments effectively.
    • Work alongside marketing to ensure proper branding of company vehicles.
    • Coordinate with local management to assess and fulfill fleet requirements.
    • Manage renewals for vehicle registrations and other necessary licenses.
    • Administer the company Gas Card Program.
    • Maintain an up-to-date Fixed Asset tracking system, including details such as location and registration numbers.
    • Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, ensuring all company vehicles are in optimal condition.
    • Identify and liaise with maintenance vendors across various locations.
  • Insurance Management:
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure all vehicles and locations are adequately insured.
    • Accurately allocate insurance costs and manage billing for subsidiary entities.
    • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing processes, including maintaining pre-paid insurance amortization schedules.
    • Handle insurance claims and distribute insurance cards upon policy renewal.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $55,000, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, along with vacation and sick leave, and paid company holidays.
