The Marketing Team
The Marketing department is responsible for all global corporate communications, ensuring adherence to corporate and brand guidelines. We pride ourselves on our public presence and are dedicated to producing informative, creative, and engaging marketing materials.
Role Summary
As the Communications Manager at Anisa International, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our global communication strategies. This key position involves enhancing our brand reputation and ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels. Your strategic influence will encompass both external and internal communications, including public relations, social media, and corporate branding.
You will be instrumental in translating Anisa International's mission into impactful narratives that resonate across various markets, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication: Develop and implement comprehensive global communication strategies to support corporate objectives and enhance visibility for Anisa International.
- Media Relations: Lead global press communications and manage relationships with media outlets to secure coverage. Prepare the CEO for media engagements.
- Branding and Marketing: Oversee all corporate communication materials, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision. Develop marketing content for a global audience.
- Social Media Management: Enhance Anisa International's social media presence, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging. Create and execute tailored social media strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and external PR teams to optimize messaging and campaigns.
- Communication Standards: Establish best practices for clear and consistent messaging.
- Leadership Support: Guide executive leaders in managing sensitive communications.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
- Global Representation: Travel as needed to represent Anisa International and enhance global outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in public relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and cultural nuances.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
