Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic communication plans aimed at increasing awareness and engagement in employee programs and benefits.
- Utilize a diverse set of internal communication and project management skills to foster trust and build strong relationships.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with internal clients, acting as a reliable advisor.
- Collaborate with Content and Channels, Executive, Public Relations, and Creative Studio teams to create necessary content, including videos, presentations, articles, and toolkits.
- Build and sustain relationships within the Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs teams, as well as with division communicators and stakeholders.
- Oversee freelance contractors and external vendors, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of internal communication strategies, implementing best practices and innovative approaches as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in a strategic internal communications role, with a focus on HR communications.
- Proven expertise in communicating HR programs, including benefits, compensation, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of communication campaign development and execution.
- A supportive leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Creative problem-solver with sound judgment, knowing when to act independently and when to collaborate.
