Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential projects
  • Determine project status, including design, permitting, and timing
  • Stay actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to post-construction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology)

Experience:

">
  • 7+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role

Skills:

">
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Onscreen Takeoff software

This position is available across various locations, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
