Job Summary:
As a seasoned Project Management Office Manager VI, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned Project Management Office staff, providing guidance and professional development. You will be responsible for managing project goals and objectives, creating project resource plans and schedules, and overseeing project teams in managing projects according to project scope, schedule, quality, risk, resources, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project teams in establishing project goals and objectives, creating project plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Oversee project teams in managing projects according to project scope, schedule, quality, risk, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, IT management, and program area staff to ensure projects are on track.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and documents to report on project statuses and instruct others in the use of these tools.
• Prepare high-quality written presentations, updates, summaries, and other documents according to target audience needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information and translate it to easily understandable and concise documents and oral presentations.
• Ability to identify project risks and gaps and develop creative and workable solutions to problems and policy issues.
