In this pivotal role, you will oversee the functionality of our CRM system, collaborating with various departments to identify business needs and implement effective solutions. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining system integrity, improving user experience, and delivering critical insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration, upkeep, and enhancement of the CRM system to align with organizational goals.
  • Administer user accounts, security protocols, and access controls to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Develop, manage, and refine complex workflow rules, data validation processes, and approval workflows.
  • Create and oversee custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze data to generate insights into team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and implement tailored CRM solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate integrations with third-party applications, plugins, and tools.
  • Provide daily support for troubleshooting, bug resolution, user training, and documentation.
  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring high standards of data integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM Administration (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Relevant college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience collaborating directly with sales teams to implement their requirements within the CRM.
  • Proficient in administering and configuring CRM systems (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with automating business processes, generating reports/dashboards, and conducting data analysis/modeling.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • This position requires on-site work; remote work options are not available.
  • Utilization of Google Workspace and other tools as directed by management.
