Inside Sales Specialist at King of Freight

Are you skilled in establishing connections with clients? King of Freight is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to enhance our B2B sales division. This is your chance to leverage your negotiation prowess and sales expertise.

Position Overview:
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients to cultivate relationships
  • Utilize negotiation techniques to finalize agreements
  • Maintain communication with current clients to understand their requirements
  • Employ CRM tools to improve client retention rates
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales; B2B sales background is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Strong multitasking capabilities

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and Outlook
  • Outstanding customer service and cold calling expertise

Position Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday - No evenings or weekends
