This role is integral to the operations of a statewide communications network that supports first responders across the region. The network is crucial for maintaining effective communication among various public safety agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting radio data into the network to ensure operational readiness.
  • Keeping precise records of user data and system interactions.
  • Executing tasks in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Addressing user inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Handling incoming calls and email requests related to system functionalities.
  • Safeguarding sensitive information to maintain client trust and operational integrity.
  • Monitoring system alerts and collaborating with technical maintenance teams as necessary.
  • Participating actively in team initiatives and projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
