Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and safety of our furry guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients and their pets
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Create and manage customer reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Provide facility tours to interested customers, highlighting our unique features and services
- Maintain accurate files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle and walk pets, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Perform general upkeep and cleaning of the facility, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease
- Attention to detail, with the ability to observe animal behaviors and maintain accurate records
- Able to clean pet accommodations and facility to maintain our high standards
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours
- Ability to operate basic computer software
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
