Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and safety of our furry guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients and their pets
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Create and manage customer reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Provide facility tours to interested customers, highlighting our unique features and services
  • Maintain accurate files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle and walk pets, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of the facility, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to observe animal behaviors and maintain accurate records
  • Able to clean pet accommodations and facility to maintain our high standards
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to operate basic computer software
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
