About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Service: Deliver outstanding patient care and support, ensuring that every patient feels valued and respected.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring that our patients receive timely and convenient care.
  • Manage Patient Charts and Records: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Process Insurance and Payments: Verify insurance coverage and process payments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our patients understand their financial responsibilities.
  • Balance Daily Deposits and Credit Card Processing: Accurately balance daily deposits and credit card processing, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with patients, colleagues, and management on a regular basis.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
