Optimize Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Benefits Manager to oversee the health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and a strong background in HR and finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage benefit program initiatives
- Collaborate with global HR and Finance teams to deliver on business needs
- Manage benefit programs focusing on vendor/TPA relationship management, benefit plan design, and analytics
- Communicate benefit programs to employees and stakeholders
- Resolve benefit escalations and improve processes
- 5+ years of relevant benefits experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- HR benefits administration experience at a global enterprise organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
