Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at HomeLight. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for growing our emerging and existing products for our agent and loan officer partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, and channel content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with our Sales, Marketing, Design, Lifecycle, Operations, and Product teams to drive adoption and retention of our products.
  • Own the end-to-end experience of our enterprise partner launches, from technical backend to marketing strategies.
  • Execute and improve upon our sales enablement strategy for internal sales teams and enterprise partners.
  • Craft positioning and messaging to market our products to loan officers, real estate agents, and clients nationwide.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant product or marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Stellar copywriting skills and ability to translate complex products into easy-to-understand content.
  • Experience using data to prioritize product marketing campaigns and measure performance.
  • Experience owning and building in tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, and Canva.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with cross-functional partners and customers.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay range: $125,000 - $150,000.
