Sales and Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at USI Holdings Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a strong resource for Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales associates, utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to support sales team efforts. You will drive efficiency with sales generation and ensure customer retention through various marketing channels. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with the employee working two days per week in our Blue Bell, PA office.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty sales management team by coordinating and preparing management reports for sales meetings, ensuring stages/forecast are accurate.
•Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM system training for newly hired/acquired sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
•Complete quality opportunity assignments for newly hired/acquired sales associates, verifying Opportunity Stage coincides with recorded Appointments and Wins.
•Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to ensure accurate data, merging duplicate records, reassigning terminated sales associates' Opportunities, and completing data management requests.
•Verify new business wins in Microsoft Dynamics CRM aligns with agency management system, providing tracking of all initiatives within CRM.
•Act as Microsoft Dynamics CRM subject matter expert, providing updates to sales associates on procedural changes, advancements, developing workflows, and lead management.
•Compile and generate various sales and management reports, including New/Lost business, Cross Sell, Risk Assessment, Referral, PEAK, and Stewardship.
•Conduct research and provide information to sales teams on existing and prospective clients, preparing presentations and supporting sales materials, maintaining continuity of USI collateral materials with branding and marketing message.
Requirements:
•3-5 years of experience providing sales and/or marketing support at the executive level, with administrative and insurance experience preferred.
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Proven ability to manage projects and drive adherence to procedures, with technical ability and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system preferred.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with organized self-starter ability to handle multiple priorities with firm deadlines.
•Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment, adapting to immediate needs of sales associates and management, with detail-oriented ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
