Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ORS Partners. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Data Entry
- Answering In-bound calls
- Contacting customers via email and/or phone regarding order confirmation and backorder notification
- Shipment Tracking
- CRM Database updating
- Marketing of red list and as is products
- Credit card payment transaction processing
- HVAC Product Knowledge helpful but not necessary
