Job Summary
The Sales Growth Representative is responsible for driving overall sales growth and retail partners brand training in the New Jersey Region. This is a part-time, contract-to-hire role that requires a reliable vehicle for travel to surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to develop strategies for sales growth, in-store activations, and sales reports for retail partners.
- Provide in-store brand and product training, identify opportunities for B&M sales growth, and support elevated in-store events and retailer-led events.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on in-store events, brand performance, and retailer weekly reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the retail beauty/cosmetic environment, with a minimum of 20-25 hours in-store work per week and additional desk work.
- Weekly meetings with Regional Account Executives and regular travel to retail partners in the New Jersey Region.
- Ability to carry event materials and heavy boxes of products for events and store visits.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Green Card, US Citizen, or W2 status.
