Regional Sales Manager

Glen Raven Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed annual targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to build a strong client base
  • Utilize various sales methods to secure deals and meet sales targets
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting relationships
Requirements:
  • Equivalent of a 4-year business degree or commensurate experience
  • 2 years of previous related experience, with 5 years preferred
  • Strong product knowledge, client relations, and presentation skills
  • Self-confidence, positive mentality, and ability to manage territory effectively
