Job Summary:

Xerox is seeking a Managed Print Account Executive to support the greater San Diego, CA area. As a Managed Print Account Executive, you will be responsible for retaining and growing current accounts and gaining new market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities within our current client base and new business.
  • Effectively present our value proposition to internal groups, clients, and prospects.
  • Manage current clients with day-to-day needs and growth opportunities.
  • Sustain benchmark activity levels; appointments, workflow assessments, proposals, and database updates.
  • Tele-prospect and field cold calling to acquire additional business from existing customers and prospective clients.
  • Travel in local territory to local clients for onsite appointments.
  • Conduct onsite walk-throughs at client's offices.
  • Put together current state analysis and proposal recommendations for clients.
  • Share knowledge with the sales teams you support on a daily basis.
  • Gather data and actively listen to clients using consultative methods.
  • Complete associated paperwork and data analysis following each customer contact.
  • Report daily activity, including contact information, appointments set, follow-ups, etc.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in business or other related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
