Global Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Executive to join our team at PGL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our major geographical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a 3PL/Freight Forwarding organization.
- Industry-related degree and/or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, customer service, and administration and management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
