Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business development strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Lead and manage a team of business development managers and associates to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:
