Job Summary:The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving business growth and development within a designated geographical region. This includes formulating and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and foster long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business development strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Lead and manage a team of business development managers and associates to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential growth areas and market segments within the region, and devise strategies to penetrate and dominate these markets.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and business development performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in progressively responsible business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a relevant industry or market.
