Job OverviewThe role of a Senior Survey Project Manager at Randstad is a critical position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, project management expertise, and survey industry knowledge. As a Senior Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of survey projects, from initiation to completion, with a primary focus on expanding the client base and cultivating relationships with existing clients.Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee all aspects of survey projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of survey methodologies, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, project management, and survey industry expertise.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of survey methodologies, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis.
  • Professional License preferred.
