Business Development Director

Job Summary:
The Business Development Director is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability within an assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the IMG product line and services, as well as the ability to develop and grow a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets for assigned territory
- Develop and grow a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the IMG product line and services
- Understand and position the strengths and vulnerabilities of each of International Medical Group, Inc. major competitors
- Create and deliver presentations to insurance producers, employers and other key stakeholders at industry functions, business meetings and other events
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or account management role
- High performer with demonstrated results in achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Consultative sales skills and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven results in achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Conscientious attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed - 30% of time
- Ability to work within established sales performance metrics
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience working in the travel industry and or insurance industry
- Experience working with CRM tools to grow territory sales distribution opportunities
