The Lobby Lounge, Café, and Bar serve a California-inspired menu alongside a curated cocktail selection, featuring a daily happy hour and weekend brunch, all set in beautifully designed indoor and outdoor environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Crafting beverages that suit the occasion, from brunch mimosas to artisanal cocktails paired with our chef's tasting menu, and espresso drinks for takeout.
  • Fostering a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
  • Mastering our service protocols, product offerings, menu items, and operational systems.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain an organized and efficient bar and restaurant environment, ensuring everything is in order for our guests and staff.
  • Restocking and preparing the bar as necessary.
  • Providing feedback to bar and restaurant management regarding customer experiences.
  • Working alongside hotel staff to promote bar offerings and exclusive promotions to overnight guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong expertise in drink preparation, garnishing, and service.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a bartender.
  • 1-3 years of bartending experience in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual setting.
