The Lobby Lounge, Café, and Bar serve a California-inspired menu alongside a unique cocktail selection, featuring daily happy hours and weekend brunches in beautifully designed indoor and outdoor settings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparing a diverse range of beverages to suit various occasions, from brunch mimosas to artisanal cocktails paired with our chef's tasting menu.
  • Fostering a welcoming, relaxed environment that encourages guests to return.
  • Mastering our service protocols, product offerings, menu items, and operational systems.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a well-organized and efficient bar and restaurant atmosphere.
  • Restocking and preparing the bar as necessary to ensure seamless service.
  • Providing constructive feedback to bar and restaurant management based on customer experiences.
  • Working alongside hotel staff to promote exclusive offerings and events to overnight guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong expertise in drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Capability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Basic arithmetic skills for managing transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience as a mixologist.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual setting.
