Business Development Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our products and services.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation, build an effective pipeline, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. You will leverage our CRM system to maintain accurate activity and account information, and provide regular feedback to our marketing and sales teams to optimize our lead generation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads via inbound channels, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Leverage our CRM system for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including response time, calls completed, and qualified leads
  • Assist in optimizing our current sales approach
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams that will help improve lead generation programs
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation, build an effective pipeline, and schedule meetings
  • Extensive use of CRM to maintain accurate activity and account information of all customers and prospects
  • Market products and services via telephone, email, and other digital channels
  • Cold-calling prospective clients to gauge interest level
  • Support Director of Sales Operations and assist with other administrative sales operations projects as assigned
  • Assists leadership with the development and implementation of sales plans, market opportunities, reporting and special projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in sales, marketing or related field
  • Proven sales ability
  • Must be able to work weekends (hours are flexible)
