Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at ISN Software. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting our contractor/supplier clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our award-winning Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to customer needs
  • Assist clients in navigating ISNetworld, our industry-leading product
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email applications
