Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from clients regarding new opportunities, service updates, order modifications, and general concerns.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels to address production or delivery issues and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to gather necessary documentation for accurate service proposals.
  • Review client orders for accuracy in pricing and timelines before processing.
  • Notify clients of vendor price adjustments and update service costs as necessary.
  • Manage the quotation process from initiation to completion, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Work alongside different departments to support company initiatives and projects:
    • Coordinate with the Sales Director to finalize proposals, ensuring all client directives are included.
    • Engage with the Quality Management team to stay informed on policy changes and their implications for clients.
    • Collaborate with production teams to monitor the status of client orders.
    • Inform clients of any changes or delays in production.
    • Assist engineering in updating documentation and processing changes.
  • Maintain records of all engineering change notices and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and distribute job packets with necessary documentation for production.
  • Update existing job packets as required to reflect any changes.
  • Manage New Production Introduction requests, ensuring all documentation and costings are completed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and friendly work environment.
