Job Overview
Position: Event Production Technician

M&M Productions USA is seeking skilled Event Production Technicians to assist in the execution of various live events, including conferences, performances, and corporate gatherings. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in stage operations and a foundational understanding of audio-visual technology. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our production team to ensure seamless setup and dismantling of event components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport and manage heavy equipment.
  • Install and disassemble lighting, sound, and projection systems.
  • Construct staging elements.
  • Arrange, position, and remove drapery and stage configurations.
  • Set up cables, lighting, and various A/V apparatus.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
Work Schedule:
  • Daytime shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekday availability
  • Night shifts
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Weekend shifts
  • Compensated for a minimum of 4 hours per engagement.
Work Environment: Various locations

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or relevant hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Background in carpentry, electronics, or construction is advantageous.
  • Strong physical endurance and capability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Readiness to work outside regular hours and meet project timelines.
  • Capacity to maintain focus under pressure and adhere to directives.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols.
