POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Delivering personalized product suggestions tailored to each athlete's abilities and experience.
  • Assisting the Lead Coach during in-store sporting events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Supporting DICK'S sponsored programs, camps, and clinics under the guidance of the Lead Coach, leveraging your sports knowledge to enhance our experiential offerings.
  • Establishing partnerships with local educational institutions, community organizations, and sports leagues to facilitate events and collaborations.
  • Working alongside the Community Team to coordinate clinics, camps, and after-school initiatives.
  • Providing comprehensive training to teammates to align with our vision and elevate the customer experience.
  • Adapting to shifting priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to all loss prevention protocols.
  • Promoting company initiatives, including warranty programs, loyalty offerings, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Becoming a knowledgeable product consultant, offering valuable insights to enhance the shopping experience for athletes.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
  • A strong customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
