Position Overview:

The MKTG Brand Advocates are passionate individuals who engage consumers with high-profile brands during experiential and non-premise events. They are responsible for creating memorable and safe experiences that help consumers make informed choices about the brands they encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Covid-19 safety protocols.
  • Actively engage and educate consumers at various points of interaction.
  • Humanize the brands and foster consumer trust through effective education.
  • Guide consumers through a sampling experience of featured products, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Complete digital training modules for brand knowledge and program updates as directed.
  • Utilize technology platforms to manage and relay information pertinent to brand representation.
  • Arrive punctually to events dressed according to specified guidelines.
  • Distribute promotional items to consumers.
  • Follow responsible serving guidelines and report any violations.
  • Manage promotional materials and ensure their proper care and return.
  • Conduct post-event recaps using the MKTG reporting system.
  • Capture digital photos during events and contribute to brand visibility.
  • Understand competitive landscape and report on market activities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance suitable for consumer engagement.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous experience in promotional or marketing roles.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid US driver's license.
  • Have reliable transportation.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, and able to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure while effectively communicating brand values to consumers.
