Position Overview:

The MKTG Brand Educators are passionate representatives who engage consumers with high-profile brands during non-premise and experiential special events. Their primary responsibility is to create memorable and safe experiences that empower consumers to make informed brand choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Covid-19 safety protocols.
  • Engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase, and consumption.
  • Humanize brands and foster consumer trust through informative interactions.
  • Guide consumers through a sampling journey of featured products, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Complete regular digital training on market brands and programs as directed.
  • Utilize technology platforms to manage and input necessary information for brand representation.
  • Arrive punctually at events, dressed appropriately as specified.
  • Distribute promotional items to consumers.
  • Follow responsible serving guidelines and report any violations.
  • Handle bar expenses or product purchases using a company-issued debit card.
  • Collect promotional materials from the event team as needed.
  • Ensure proper care and return of company property, including uniforms and event materials.
  • Complete post-event recaps in the MKTG reporting system.
  • Capture digital event photos and contribute to market social media accounts.
  • Understand how the brand differentiates from competitors and report on market activity.
  • Maintain a professional appearance suitable for consumer engagement.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Outgoing personality with a strong understanding of brand representation.
  • Ability to convey brand information in a relatable manner while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Reliability in arriving on time and working until the event concludes.
  • Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy items.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience in promotional or marketing roles.
  • Eligibility to work as an employee in the United States.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Access to personal transportation.
