We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant - Training to join our corporate team in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and updating the Learning Management System in an efficient manner. Additionally, they will assist in the development and administration of training materials, work well with other HR personnel, and perform other administrative functions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update training data in the Learning Management System
  • Assist in the development of training materials and scheduling of classes
  • Input and maintain training logs, feedback surveys, and other relevant data
  • Prepare documents and correspondence as requested
  • Assist staff members with work assignments, as directed by HR management
  • Set up and maintain project files and folders
  • Assist and substitute for other administrative assistants, when required
  • Serve as a backup to the front desk receptionist at the Corporate office, when required
Requirements:
  • High school or GED certification; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative experience required
  • Possess a valid driver's license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet company's auto insurability requirements

The ideal candidate will possess good oral and written communication skills, working knowledge of database administration, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. They must be able to problem solve, multi-task, and absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Additionally, they must be able to maintain confidentiality and present themselves in a professional manner.
