Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance for the St. Anthony Catholic University Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as receptionist for visitors and provide various administrative support for the St. Anthony Catholic University Center.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Conduct database management to include parishioner registration, Flocknote, and other relevant systems.
  • Maintain copied records of sacraments and coordinate priests for coverage of Masses.
  • Create and organize communication efforts through various channels.
  • Maintain calendar for Chaplain and St. Anthony facility.
  • Adhere to safety training and protocols, and protect the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of one to three years of administrative or general office experience.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the Catholic Faith.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Computer Software, Microsoft Office Suite applications, and Google Calendar.

Travel Requirements: 0% local and 0% overnight.
