Developmental Disabilities Assistant Program Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Developmental Disabilities Assistant Program Administrator at the State of Delaware.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the monitoring and oversight of Medicaid-funded contracted employment and day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management, with experience in assessing, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating options and services to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and objectives.
The Developmental Disabilities Assistant Program Administrator will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of program plans and services;
- Providing support and guidance to staff engaged in the development and implementation of person-centered plans;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of program services through data collection and analysis;
- Preparing and maintaining reports related to clients, staff performance, and program effectiveness;
- Collaborating with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
