Job Summary

My Little Team Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Daycare Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the daycare center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations, maintaining records, handling communications, and supporting staff and parents
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting and assisting parents, children, and visitors
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of children, including attendance, enrollment forms, and emergency contact information
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating events, meetings, and activities
Requirements
  • High school degree
  • Organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • 1 year job experience in a daycare environment
  • Experience with Quickbooks or ProCare
  • Efficient in excel, word, and powerpoint
Work Schedule

Part-time, typically Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00/hour.
