Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Sales, and Engineering to deliver and manage partner programs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly solutions.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external account communications, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaison and Communication: Bridge the gap between clients and our engineers, QA, and product managers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Business Requirements Definition: Define business requirements, working closely with internal teams to identify features and changes needed to meet client needs.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the success and growth of partner programs.
  • Program Sustainment and Growth: Responsible for the sustainment and growth of partner programs, driving engagement and revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and report on partner-specific business metrics, working closely with Sales to increase partner engagement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sophisticated programs, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to synthesize competing priorities.
