Beverage and Food Operations Supervisor

Round One Entertainment is seeking a dedicated full-time, non-exempt Supervisor for the Food and Beverage Department.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the F&B Manager/General Manager with the daily operations of the Food & Beverage Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the F&B Manager/GM, oversee food preparation, ensuring proper portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation to maintain high standards.
Assist in scheduling and managing food and beverage deliveries, verifying the quality and quantity of products received.
Help coordinate employee schedules and assign specific duties.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of alcohol service protocols within the establishment.
Enforce age restrictions and alcohol control measures in line with company policies.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor for at least 90% of the shift, providing support for sales and troubleshooting.
Open and close the store and department according to company procedures.
Train, mentor, and administer disciplinary actions for department staff as requested by the F&B Manager.
Create departmental schedules, assign tasks, and manage breaks/lunches as needed.
Participate in weekly staff meetings with the department Manager to address operational, staffing, and customer service issues.
Conduct till checks, process refunds, and make price adjustments in accordance with company policy.
Set performance objectives in collaboration with upper management.
Familiarize yourself with company policies that impact the department and business.
Monitor performance progress with key trainers and upper management.
Achieve departmental sales targets through effective implementation of company policies.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree and 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, ideally within the fast food or quick service sectors.
While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee typically works in a bowling center/arcade environment characterized by high noise levels, dust, and activity.
The noise level in the workplace is generally loud.Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently required to bend, stretch, twist, and climb, requiring a high degree of mobility and flexibility in confined spaces.
Additionally, the employee should be capable of using their hands and fingers for handling and reaching with hands and arms.
